"Sweetfields" - Crash of Cars - Map Overview

I created this map for Crash of Cars's third anniversary update in April of 2020. I was responsible for the map layout direction, followed by design and greyboxing in Unity, as well as defining the visuals by gathering reference for moodboards and creating asset lists. I was also responsible for creating all art assets - models, textures, VFX, lighting. I also was responsible for rendering optimisation and for building navigation for AI pathing, as well as collision geometry, and custom shadowmaps.

Within my design for the map I also included design for a new boss battle to be included in the game - King Jelly. I wrote up the design briefs and worked on iteration feedback for the implementation with our coders, as well as the modelling and texturing, VFX, rigging and animation, and balancing.

Overall an interesting theme to attempt to execute within the constraints of the game's style and tech.
